Terms
- Products on sale, on sale, or with a promo code cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For in-store purchases:
- The Products may be returned in person to the GLAM Wemmel store during its opening hours, within 7 calendar days following the order.
For purchases via the site:
- You must make the return request by email to glamwemmel@gmail.com
- Shipping costs are not refunded, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When we receive your returned item, we will send you a promo code for the value of the item, valid on the entire site and in the store for a period of 6 months.
- The promo code will only be sent when the return is accepted by GLAM in accordance with our return conditions. It is not possible to put items aside if the return has not yet reached us.
