Refund policy
Conditions
• Products on promotion, sale, or benefiting from a promo code cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• An exchange or return will not be accepted for an order that has already been returned or exchanged.
• Products must be intact, clean, unworn, and bear the “GLAM Wemmel” tag.
• Shoes must be returned in their original, intact box!
• An exchange can be made if all return conditions are met, either for another product of the same price or for a voucher valid for up to 6 months.
• No refunds are offered in-store.
For in-store purchases:
• Products can be returned in person to the GLAM Wemmel store during its opening hours, within 7 calendar days following the order.
For purchases via the website:
• You must request a return by email at glamwemmel@gmail.com.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a promo code equal to the value of the item. The promo code is valid for 6 months on the website and in-store.
• The promo code will only be sent once the return has been accepted by GLAM in accordance with our return policy. It is not possible to reserve items if the return has not yet been received by us.
